You probably arrived from a message sent by one of your ward's youth leaders. This page covers what it is, what it stores, and who can see it.
What this is
The Binder is the planning tool the youth leaders in your ward use. Lessons, activities, assignments, the calendar, and the reminders that go out during the week all live here.
It replaced the paper binders the presidencies used to carry around.
This is not a Church product
It is not an official product of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. No part of it is published, reviewed, or endorsed by the Church.
It is a tool a member of the ward built for the youth program here.
Who runs it
Jordan Rogers, a member of the ward. Questions, corrections, and requests to remove your family's information all go to jordan.l.rogers@gmail.com and get a prompt answer.
He is in your ward, so anything you would rather say in person you can raise at church.
What it stores, and who can see it
The Binder stores names, birthdates, and contact information for the youth in the ward and their parents or guardians, plus each youth's class or quorum, calling, and priesthood office where that applies. It also stores lesson schedules, activity plans, assignments, group budgets, and the notes presidencies keep from their planning meetings, which can include follow-ups about individual youth. It comes from ward membership records and from the leaders who serve your youth. Nothing is collected from youth through the app itself.
Seeing anything requires an account created by invitation from a ward leader. The database enforces what each account can see, not only the screens. Nobody outside the ward reads it. Nothing is public and nothing is sold. The services that host it are listed in the Privacy Notice. There is no advertising or third-party tracking.
Why you are seeing this
A leader in your ward sent you a link, either an invitation to your own account or a reminder about something coming up.
A parent account is read-only. You see your youth's calendar, lessons, and activities, and a names-only directory. You do not see other families' contact information or birthdays.

A two and a half minute walkthrough of the parent view. It uses made-up names and data, not anyone's real information.
What to do next
If you were invited, sign in with your email address. There is no password to remember. The app emails you a sign-in link, and the same email includes a one-time code you can type in if the link does not open on your device.
If something here concerns you, or you would rather your youth's information not be in it, talk to one of your ward's youth leaders or email jordan.l.rogers@gmail.com. Removal is not a hard conversation to have.
